Chia pudding with colourful orange and grapefruit ragout

Ingredients (2 portions)

  • 1 orange
  • 1/2 grapefruit
  • 1 tsp. gelatine powder
  • 5 tsp. HUXOL Stevia Sweetener Powder
  • 2 tbs. pistachio kernels
  • 200 ml semi-skimmed milk (1.5% fat)
  • 30 g chia seeds
  • A pinch of cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Squeeze the juice from half the orange, then fillet the remaining orange half and the grapefruit. Mix the juice with 1 tsp. HUXOL Stevia and stir in the orange and grapefruit fillets with the chopped pistachios.
  2. Heat the milk, stir in the remaining HUXOL Stevia Sweetener Powder and leave to cool a little, add the chia seeds and cinnamon, and stir them in. Leave the chia pudding to swell in a cold place for at least 2 hours. Serve with the orange ragout and the chopped pistachios.

Ready in around 2 hours 20 minutes.

Of which 20 minutes of preparation time.
